So far so good. Last week I just tried to eat smaller portions and get used to working out daily. This week my goal is to keep exercising and actually watch what I am eating. I am writing it all down and counting points, but im not obsessing over it.
Weight: -1.5 pounds
Inches: -4 inches
(We changed the plans a tiny bit and instead of going till December we have 8 weeks, which puts my target date Nov. 8th.)
I am really proud of myself so far, I used to make every excuse in the book to not go on walks or get on the elliptical (which has been gathering dust for almost 2 years now) but now I look forward to my morning workouts.
